IMPORTANCE OF SOFT SKILLS

In 21 st century, bookish knowledge is not quite enough, while soft skills are playing an imperative role in student’s life. LIGHTS OF HOPE team is always ready to contribute to society. And, recently one campaign was conducted by LIGHTS OF HOPE (social work) on the Importance of soft skills. The event held on (date…).

In this session, the volunteer had concentrated on communication skills and real-life skills, how children should have to behave with older communities in society. Initially, the event was organized in a well-defined manner. There were main two parts of the session, presentation, and task-oriented. Focusing on the one, volunteers had framed virtual presentation, in which they had covered all the aspects relevant to the basic skills. In addition, they had prepared rigged animated clips, which were pivotal for the infants by using the latest technological devices. So, kids could get ideas in connection with basic skills in a straightforward way. Move to the next one, during this period, leaders had performed an activity. So, young youth could be managed to gain message about how to respect older people in society. For instance, one of two volunteers was portraying the character as a mother, while another one was a child. And, it was the icing on the cake for individuals. The youngster got the real-life example to visualize the significant function of interaction with others. To add, handy communication was one key to focused by initiators. Adolescent was introduced to the priority of communication skills and importance of hand gestures in student life as well as in actual scenario.

The session was successfully done in a very easy way and wrapped up by the LIGHTS OF HOPE (social work) team. Children gained a few ideas that they can upskill themselves.
