On 7 March 2021 LIGHTS OF HOPE celebrated women’s day in a unique way to acknowledge the Efforts of Women with an Event Fly on your Own Wings. On women’s Day special all volunteers wear pink colored clothes which match with place decoration. We Celebrated Women Day with a Renowned Personality of Vadodara Internationally acclaimed Fashion Designer, Miss Archana Makwana who is a multi-talented person, a lawyer, national-level basketball player, certified yoga practitioner, and also certified pranic healer who also has a Label House of Archana There is growing evidence that greater gender equality leads to increased business innovation, and companies that pay attention stand to reap great rewards.

To promote innovation and create an innovator team of LIGHTS OF HOPE puts efforts and as a part of it with this eminent personality all volunteers and are children got knowledge about the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in Miss Archana Makwana words and she also showed the path for work on it. We had a fruitful discussion on women empowerment and specifically in the innovation field. The President of LIGHTS OF HOPE conducted an interesting interview with Miss Archana.
