FESTIVAL OF KITES

Makar Sankranti is celebrated by flying kites and sweets made of sesame and jaggery. Lights of Hope celebrated this festival in a unique way. We believe in “Let fly your dream like kites & see where it’ll take you.”

Our lights of team members taught the kids the knowledge of “UTTARAYAN”. We started the day enthusiastically. Firstly we did educational activity later on volunteers explained basic information about kite festivals & grip them how they can celebrate kite festivals in a safe way then Volunteers and children were made a paper kite & decorated the kites with different ideas to make it colorful.

ALL  THE KIDS WERE PRAISE FOR THEIR IDEAS AND SKILLS.

Proper precautions were taken by each volunteer while conducting the event. We ended the event joyfully with prayer & distribution of kites.
